- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging and with all seals intact.
- Perishable items, such as baby milk formula, cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.
If the item you wish to return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your return.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds
